As part of the project “Empowerment of Vulnerable Women through Social Mentoring,” SHE-ERA hosted a roundtable discussion with representatives from public institutions and the business community to strengthen collaboration around inclusive employment practices.

A key voice at the event was Abdylkerim Ratkoceri, HR Director at Meridian Corporation, who emphasized:

“Social mentoring is not just about corporate social responsibility—it is a long-term investment in building inclusive workplaces, empowered employees, and a sustainable organizational culture.”

Meridian Corporation reaffirmed its commitment to supporting social mentoring as a strategy not only for employee development, but also for building a more inclusive, dignified, and opportunity-driven labor market—where no one is left behind.

During this event, the analysis and roadmap for institutionalizing social mentoring were presented, emphasizing the need for sustainable and integrated mechanisms that empower women from vulnerable groups—particularly in employment and professional development.

This roundtable reflects the growing recognition that economic inclusion requires joint action. Businesses and institutions alike play a critical role in shaping systems that provide real opportunities for vulnerable women across Kosovo.

This project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and supported by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
