The project “Empowering Vulnerable Women through Social Mentoring” aims, among other objectives, to strengthen institutional capacities for inclusive employment services by introducing social mentoring as a structured tool to support the labour market integration of marginalized women.

In this context, the project targets two frontline public institutions—Centres for Social Work and Employment Offices—which play a critical role in providing direct support to vulnerable individuals.

Building on the findings of a detailed Needs Assessment conducted with these institutions, the Women’s Business Association SHE-ERA is seeking to engage Senior and Junior Experts to design and prepare training modules that address the identified capacity gaps.

These modules will provide targeted guidance, practical tools, and applied methodologies to enhance the knowledge, skills, and effectiveness of approximately 200 officials from Centres for Social Work and 30 officials from Employment Offices across Kosovo.

Interested candidates should submit their application to wsheera@gmail.com with the subject line: “Expert for Training Module Design and Preparation” by 4 August 2025 at 17:00hrs
