The project “Empowering Vulnerable Women through Social Mentoring” aims, among other objectives, to facilitate regional migration and labour mobility by equipping targeted groups, such as job seekers and vulnerable communities, with up-to-date information, counselling, and institutional support mechanisms for accessing cross-border employment opportunities.

The Women’s Business Association SHE-ERA is establishing a pool of experts to support the implementation of the regional mobility component of the project. This includes conducting regional sector analyses, developing country-specific employment guides, and community-level awareness for cross-border workforce mobility.

This initiative particularly targets jobseekers from Kosovo who are interested in regional employment, as well as civil society organizations (CSOs) and public institutions that support inclusive labour mobility frameworks.

The objective of the assignment is to contribute to the implementation of the regional mobility component of the project “Empowering Vulnerable Women through Social Mentoring” by providing expert support in the areas of labour market analysis, cross-border employment guidance, and community-level awareness. The assignment aims to promote safe and informed regional migration by developing sector-specific analyses, country-focused employment guides, and practical tools that enable jobseekers, particularly women and vulnerable groups to access cross-border labour opportunities more effectively.

Interested candidates are invited to submit the following documents by 4 August 2025.
