The project “Empowering Vulnerable Women through Social Mentoring” aims, among other objectives, to strengthen institutional capacities for inclusive employment services by introducing social mentoring as a tool for labour market integration of marginalized women. As part of this effort, the project seeks to build the capacities of frontline institutions, specifically Centres for Social Work and Employment Offices by equipping their staff with the knowledge and tools needed to support vulnerable groups more effectively.

To inform the design of a tailored training programme, the Women’s Business Association SHE-ERA is inviting interested service providers or independent consultants to conduct a Needs Assessment to evaluate the institutional, operational, and professional development needs of these two key public service providers. The assessment will help identify existing practices, capacity gaps, and opportunities for integrating social mentoring methodologies into their service delivery models.

Applications should be sent to wsheera@gmail.com with the subject line: “Needs Assessment for Centres of Social Work and Employment Offices” by 4 August 2025.
