At Women’s Business Association SHE-ERA, we believe that when women thrive, communities flourish. Since our founding in September 1999, we have been at the forefront of women’s economic empowerment in Kosovo, helping women turn their ideas into successful businesses and their ambitions into lasting change.
Founded in the aftermath of war, we understood that women’s inclusion in business and decision-making was not just necessary—it was transformative. Today, with over 20,000 women impacted and nearly 60 projects implemented, we continue to break barriers, challenge norms, and create a more inclusive economy.
