Congratulations to the citizens of Gjakova for the continuation of the Llukac River rehabilitation project (Second Phase). The first phase of the Rehabilitation of the Llukac River is being implemented and in the process of completion, within the framework of the Cross-Border Program IPA II Albania and Kosovo with a partnership between the Municipality of Gjakova, the Municipality of Kukës, the NGO “SHE ERA” and the NGO of “ACER”.
