The Allocation Ceremony of Business Plan’s Certifications
Women Business Association SHE-ERA, according to the project “Supporting the Entrepreneur Women in Agriculture”, supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Denmark, organized the ceremony of allocating the Certifications of beneficiaries and Business Plans of beneficiary’s groups in rural zones, for the first two groups in Gjakova and Gjilan Region.
During the monthly course on topic “How to start a successful business”, the girls and women of rural zones had the opportunity to learn on these topics:
Estimate yourself as an entrepreneur,
Develop your business idea,
Estimate the market,
The organizational structure of business,
Calculate the cost of products and services
Estimate the initial capital,
The legal forms of business
After successfully finishing the business course, certifications were allocated to 26 beneficiaries (women and girls) from the first group of Cërmjan village, and also 24 beneficiaries from Malisheva municipality, the second group in Gjakova Region.
Meanwhile, in Gjilan Region are certificated 26 beneficiaries of Dobërqan village (first group) and 20 beneficiaries of Përlepnicë village (second group).
The beneficiary women and girls of these two regions have developed their individual ideas and composed their business plans in groups while holding the one month course.
As result of the held course, 91 individual business plans and 18 grouping business plans are created from 95 women beneficiaries in two regions (Gjakovë and Gjilan).
The training is still being held in the two first selected regions of Republic of Kosovo, Rracaj village from Gjakova Region and the municipality of Kamenica from Gjilan.
